East of Winchester.
Significance: High place east of Winchester, with a large natural amphitheatre created by melting ice in the last ice age. Eisenhower gave a famous speech to thousands of Allied troops before D-Day, recently a site used for large music festivals.
Declaration: We declare that multitudes gathering here will awaken and arise to the light of Jesus, with worship and praise abounding. We prophesy life over all dry bones and declare the blood of Jesus prevails over this land.
